The newly opened 2009 Kips Bay Decorator Show House is a good example of what’s brewing in the minds of the some of the top home decorators.  What made last season complete was the opening of the 37^th annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House. This was an annual rite of passage for designers. Last year’s edition made over the limestone mansion of real estate tycoon and art patron Aby Rosen located at 22East 71^st Street on the City’s Upper East Side. April 16^th was the official opening night.
